We are dedicated to providing a 2-year Workmanship Guarantee starting from the completion date of the installation. In the event of valid claims, our registered or approved installers may carry out re-fitting as outlined in the terms and conditions. The guarantee is applicable when the product is installed by us, used correctly, and properly maintained throughout the specified period.
What is excluded from our warranty for Solar PV system installation?
Our warranty encompasses protection against property damage incurred during Solar PV system installation and addresses workmanship defects, subject to certain limitations. It does not cover components under the manufacturer's warranty or third-party post-installation services.
Will unauthorised changes void the Workmanship Warranty?
Guarantee becomes void if unauthorised changes are made to the Solar PV system, unless explicitly instructed by MakeMyHouseGreen.
How do I report issues?

If the property is sold during the guarantee period, the guarantee will smoothly transfer to the new owner. This agreement ensures that all parties involved fully understand and acknowledge the warranty terms, allowing for uninterrupted coverage and maintaining transparency throughout the transfer process.
Are the products covered by a manufacturer's guarantee?
The products are accompanied by a manufacturer's guarantee. Our assistance includes coordinating with the manufacturer, and there might be callout fees for on-site assessments. It's important to note that we retain the right to charge for work beyond the scope of the guarantee. Transparent communication and a detailed breakdown of charges will be provided when booking.
