What if I have missing or damaged items?

This article explains how to report any missing or damaged items in your delivery and what to do if you find anything has been left behind.

You should receive an email the day after your delivery that will ask you to confirm the status of your kit. This will appear on the kit status page at Make My House Green which you can access by logging in here.

Once you have logged in, please check that the correct status is displayed. If not, you are able to override this status, so please update as needed. For example, when the status is arrived_not_checked but the deliveries have arrived and you can confirm the contents are correct, please change the status to arrived_complete.

If there are any missing or damaged items, please change the status to arrived_incomplete, and follow up with an email via kit@makemyhousegreen.com in order for the team to contact the supplier and send out replacements before your installation day. Damaged items will usually need to be collected by the supplier which can take up to two weeks.

All rubbish and pallets should be disposed of once the installation is completed and our team should take care of this on the day we can arrange for someone to collect and take it to be disposed of responsibly.
