This article explains that your Handover Pack, including important documents, will be provided after installation and payment completion.
Your Handover Pack will be issued in full once your installation has been completed and your balance has been settled in full. The operations team is responsible for gathering all of the documentation required in your pack and will be happy to help with any questions you may have along your journey.Your Handover Pack will contain:
- Your DNO paperwork
- Building Regulations Certificate
- MCS Certificate
- Your schematic
- Pigeon Proofing Certificate (if applicable)
- Invoice Receipts
- Warranties of products installed
- Manuals of products installed
- Data Sheets of products installed
We will always ensure that your paperwork is delivered promptly within approximately 14 days of your installation being completed, however on occasion, there can be delays with the third parties who are responsible for the DNO and insurance documentation.
If this does occur, we will always keep you informed and help to expedite these processes as much as possible.
