Why is my Kit being delivered to me?

Your Kit is key to your installation and we want to make sure we get it right! How we do this is outlined below.

Our installers work throughout England and Wales and complete an installation every weekday. Although they keep spare parts on their vans, they cannot hold all the panels and batteries that would be needed. Therefore, the items required for your installation will need to be shipped to you directly.

Your kit will arrive at your property by courier. This is normally a third party to the supplier. Our suppliers use a variety of couriers depending on what they are shipping. Panels, batteries and some mounting rail will arrive on a pallet truck. This is because these items are heavy and they need a way to be able to move them from the truck to your property.

We ask that all our deliveries that are on a pallet, come on a pallet truck with a tail lift. Smaller items will come from other well-known couriers such as DPD, DHL and Tuffnels.
