Why is this being delivered to me earlier than my install date?

The vast majority of times everything goes to plan, but we still need to prepare for the times when it doesn't. Below explains when we deliver your kit and why.

We deliver the kit to you up to a week prior to install date in order to help the installation run as smoothly as possible and allow time for our contacts at the suppliers to rearrange any missing or damaged kit. As our installers work throughout England and Wales unfortunately they cannot hold all the parts for all their installations. It is similar to if you were having building work completed, materials are needed to be sent to you prior to the workforce arriving.

We try to match the need for the kit to be on site with your requirements and space. To make sure we get this right, we ask that you supply us with dates that are suitable for you. The kit can be delivered the day before the installation (not weekends) if needed however we do advise against this as if there are any problems with delivery, then this will affect your installation and we may have to move the installation date back.
