Your system is covered by manufacturer warranties and manufacturers are best placed to help. Here's how to get help quickly and easily.

Solis:
To raise a ticket with Solis, you will need to visit the Solis Service Centre. When filling out the form, make sure to complete the necessary fields and select "troubleshooting" as the Ticket Type. Once you submit the form, Solis will acknowledge your ticket and respond as soon as possible.

Pylontech:

For any issues or queries regarding your battery, please contact Pylontech Support at 0333 015 4060 or email them at service.uk@pylontech.com.cn.

Enphase:
For any issues or queries regarding your Enphase system, you can contact their UK support team at +44 (0)3308 088 522 or email support_uk@enphaseenergy.com. They offer 24/7 support, ensuring that help is always available when needed.

Fox ESS:
To report any issues with your Fox ESS system, you can contact their UK technical support team at 02475 100078 or email service.uk@fox-ess.com. For further details and assistance, you can also visit their support page at Fox ESS Support.

Duracell Energy:
If you encounter any problems with your Duracell Energy system, their support team is available Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. You can reach them through their contact page at Duracell Energy Contact Us.

Tesla:
For support with your Tesla solar system, you can visit their Tesla Support page for guidance. Alternatively, you can contact their customer service for any assistance related to solar products.
