How do I get help from the manufacturers?

Your system is covered by manufacturer warranties and manufacturers are best placed to help. Here's how to get help quickly and easily.

Before reaching out to the manufacturer, we recommend checking out our informative article that provides helpful guidance on the important information you should gather before reporting an issue, to ensure that you receive the most accurate and prompt advice possible.


Solis:
To raise a ticket with Solis, you will need to visit the Solis Service Centre. When filling out the form, make sure to complete the necessary fields and select "troubleshooting" as the Ticket Type. Once you submit the form, Solis will acknowledge your ticket and respond as soon as possible.
