At MakeMyHouseGreen, we're dedicated to helping you ensure your Solar PV system operates at its best, providing sustainable energy solutions tailored to your needs. Our revisit policy is here to address any concerns that may arise post-installation.
Why Revisits Might Be Necessary
Revisits could be required for various reasons, such as repairing or replacing panels damaged by weather or external factors. If components covered under warranty need replacing, we may charge for associated labour.
Callout Fees
We believe in transparent fees for revisits. A revisit charge of £149.00 may apply if the visit isn't related to workmanship issues. This fee is pre-charged before the appointment and will be released once the revisit is complete and the outcome confirmed by the engineer, within 14 days of your appointment.

No-Fee Callout Reasons:
This includes issues that are in relation to workmanship which include emergency repairs, and some agreed system performance checks. You can find our Workmanship Policy here.
Revisit Reasons with Charges:
Examples of chargeable revisits are panel repairs, warranty replacements, system upgrades, settings adjustments, Datalogger reconnections or investigations into specific components like Eddi/Harvi or Zappi's. However, please note, these lists are not exhaustive.
