The "Missing Data" message appears when we haven't got your forecast, your actual performance data or both
In most cases, it's your performance data that we're missing. This comes from your Solis inverter and we're reliant on a stable connection in order to be able to get the data.
Usually, gaps in data don't last for more than a day. Check a day or two later to see if your data has come through.
